The POCO F4 GT, which is just a rebranded Redmi K50 Gaming edition, made its global debut in April. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC powers the smartphone, which features a triple camera array led by a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor.





The vanilla POCO F4 has now been seen on the TRDA certification portal in the UAE, indicating that it will be released internationally soon.


The device's model number is 22021211RG, and the POCO F4 moniker is confirmed by the TRDA listing. Let's take a look at what to expect from the new smartphone, which has previously been detected on the NBTC certification site as well as Geekbench, revealing some of its major characteristics.


POCO F4 Technical Specifications (Expected)


According to the leaked specifications, the POCO F4 is a repackaged Redmi K40S. A 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 1300 nits brightness is expected on the smartphone.


The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC will power the phone, which will most likely be combined with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.


The smartphone is believed to have a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera for optics. The front camera will include a 20MP sensor for selfies. Aside from that, the POCO F4 will run MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12. It will most likely be powered by a 4,5000mAh battery that can charge at 67W.


The Indian variation of the POCO F4 with model number 220212111RI was also discovered on the IMEI database. It is also expected to have the Snapdragon 870 SoC, however the remainder of the specifications may differ from the worldwide variant.
