OnePlus Ace consumers claimed that their phones "got excessively hot on the first day of use," according to Sina Technology (translated). One customer stated that after an hour of playing Genshin Impact on their device, the battery temperature reached 43.7 degrees Celsius and the CPU temperature reached 46.5 degrees Celsius. Some consumers reportedly shared a video claiming that the battery temperature on their phones reached 44.6 degrees Celsius and the CPU temperature reached 60.4 degrees Celsius.

According to OnePlus, the phone's high temperature was caused by lengthy gaming, and "the customer assumed the mobile phone had quality difficulties (translated)." It is also typical for the temperature of the mobile phone to rise during game play, according to the Chinese company. It was confirmed that the phone's recorded temperature is within normal range and will not impede the handset's usual operation. According to the report, some customers said that the temperature of the OnePlus Ace, which was released in China in April, was not as bad as it seemed.

We spoke with Roydon Cerejo, Reviews at Gadgets 360, who believes that 43.7 and 46.5 degrees Celsius are not exceptional temperatures (considering the heat wave we are in).
