Samsung announced the Galaxy A23 4G in March, but there was no mention of a 5G edition. According to GalaxyClub, a Dutch publication, Samsung intends to release the Galaxy A23 5G, and it will be available in Europe.
The source doesn't provide any specifications for the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, but given that the Snapdragon 680 SoC that powers the Galaxy A23 4G doesn't support 5G, it's safe to assume it won't be used.
The 5G variant may, however, share some characteristics with the 4G model, such as a 50MP primary camera and 5,000mAh battery.
There's no indication on when the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G will become official and arrive in Europe, so while we wait for more information, you can learn more about the Galaxy A23 4G by reading our review. We also have a video review, which you can access by clicking the link below.
