The Samsung Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A32 are also included.

According to reports, the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max were the most popular smartphones in the first quarter of 2022. Francisco Jeronimo, an analyst at IDC, gave a top-five list of the best-selling smartphones in Q1 2022. At number four, another Apple device has made its way onto the list. Samsung handsets took third and fifth place, respectively. However, Jeronimo's information does not reflect the total number of units sold for these devices.

According to research released on Twitter by Jeronimo, Apple dominated the smartphone market in Q1 2022, with the iPhone 13 taking the top rank. The iPhone 13 Pro Max, with a 6.7-inch display, comes in second. Meanwhile, the iPhone 13 Pro, which has a 6.1-inch screen, came in fourth, indicating that Apple customers were willing to pay a little more for a somewhat larger display.

According to the tweet, iPhone 13 sales for the quarter totaled over $42 billion (roughly Rs. 3,26,224 crore). According to reports, this figure accounted for up to 84 percent of iPhone sales during this time period. Despite supply challenges, Apple has maintained its pace following its most successful holiday season (October to December) last year. The Cupertino company recorded $71.63 billion in iPhone sales over this time period (roughly Rs. 5,56,393 crore).

Samsung, on the other hand, made it onto the list with the Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A32 low-end smartphones, which placed in third and fifth place, respectively. For the first quarter of 2022, the combined sales of these smartphones are said to have brought in $3.6 billion (approximately Rs. 27,963 crore) for the South Korean tech giant.
