Huawei has stated that its next-generation Nova series smartphones, the Huawei Nova 10 series, will be released. The Nova 10 series will debut as the successor of the Nova 9 series, as the name suggests.

According to a fresh report, Huawei's Nova 10 series smartphones will be released in China next month, in June 2022, but the exact date remains uncertain.

According to a rumour from China, the Huawei Nova 10 series could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC or the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 because MediaTek chipsets are now unavailable. It also reveals that the phones' cameras will be adjusted specifically for them.

According to another report, the Nova 10 series would have the same chipset as its predecessor. The Snapdragon 778G 4G chip powers the Nova 9 series, for those who are unaware.

Huawei is also expected to release a unique phone case for the smartphone that will include an extra SIM card slot, allowing 4G handsets to support 5G connectivity. It's unclear whether Huawei or a third-party manufacturer will produce the phone case, but it appears to be a viable option for adding 5G capability.

The phone case with 5G capability is likely to be released in June, or towards the end of the third quarter, alongside the Huawei Nova 10 series smartphones. We expect the corporation to announce the Chinese market debut date soon.
