The pace of smartphone introductions has finally halted. There are only two events scheduled for next week. Honor and iQOO will host the event. Both of these conferences will be held in China and India
There will be four phones in total. Honor will provide three of them, while iQOO will provide the fourth. These devices will most likely be in the higher mid-range price bracket.
Let's take a look at each of these phones individually.
1.) Honor 70 Series
The Honor 70 series is set to take place in China on May 30. It will start at 7:30 p.m. CST and will be live-streamed on Weibo and other Chinese video streaming sites.
The Honor 70, Honor 70 Pro, and Honor 70 Pro Plus are expected to be the first three models in the lineup. Snapdragon 778G+, Dimensity 8000, and Dimensity 9000 chipsets are stated to be used in each of them.
A 54MP Sony IMX8000 camera will be included in at least one of them. Furthermore, the Pro versions will allow 100W fast charging, whilst the vanilla model will only support 66W.
Last but not least, the Honor 70 series will keep the same design as its predecessors with a few minor changes.
2.) iQoo Neo 7
The iQOO Neo 6 will be released in India on May 31st, according to iQOO. From 12 p.m. IST, the event will be live-streamed on the brand's official Youtube account.
The iQOO Neo 6 for India is expected to be a rebranded iQOO Neo 6 SE offered in China, according to teasers and leaks. As a result, instead of a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC.
The smartphone will also have a 6.62-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, a triple camera system with 64MP (wide) + 8MP (ultra wide) + 2MP (depth), a 16-megapixel selfie camera, twin stereo speakers, a 4,700mAh battery, 80W fast charging capability, and Android 12.
