The Amazfit GTR 2 New Version smartwatch has been released, having a battery life of up to 11 hours with regular use. The smartwatch is exclusively available on Flipkart and the Amazfit official website for Rs. 11,999. The new smartwatch will be available in India on May 23, and the business is offering it at a special launch price of Rs. 10,999 for the first day. The smartwatch has a touchscreen display with HD AMOLED technology and supports Bluetooth calling. The smartwatch will be available in two colours: black and grey.

The Amazfit GTR 2 (2022) comes with a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen display that is covered by 3D Corning Gorilla curved glass with anti-fingerprint coatings to prevent scratches. GTR 2 New Version's screen is entirely adjustable to accommodate both left and right-handed users. It has more than 50 watch face variations and an always-on display.
On the GTR 2, Amazfit offers heart-rate tracking and BioTracker 2 PPG optical sensors for health monitoring (2022). The BioTracker can also track blood oxygen saturation using OxygenBeats. It also monitors stress levels, sleep quality, and assesses PAI health. The smartwatch is also resistant to 5 ATMs and has over 90 built-in sports modes.
The new Amazfit smartwatch has 3GB of local audio storage, allowing users to listen to music without having to take out their phone. The Amazfit GTR 2 (2022) also has a wear detection mechanism that protects the watch from security concerns by locking it.
The Classic variant of the Amazfit GTR 2 (2022) weighs around 39g without the strap, whereas the Sport model weighs only 24.7g. The smartwatch is powered by a 471mAh battery that is said to last 11 days under normal conditions and 6 days under extreme conditions. In around 2.5 hours, the battery will be fully charged. The smartwatch will run Zepp OS and will be compatible with Android 5 and iOS 10 devices.
