  • In June 2020, the event will be entirely online.

Apple said on Tuesday that its annual developers' conference will be held online for the third year in a row, from June 6 to June 10.

At the conference, Apple is anticipated to deliver updates on new software, including iOS 16.

Prior to 2020, Apple sponsored the Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose, California, which was attended by thousands of developers and Apple workers. Due to the epidemic, the event was transferred entirely online for the first time in June 2020. Last year, it was also held entirely online.

This year, however, the firm said that it will welcome engineers and students at Apple's Cupertino, California headquarters on June 6 to view the keynote and State of the Union films alongside online participants.

At its annual spring product announcement event last month, Apple unveiled a low-cost version of the iPhone SE with 5G capabilities.
