An supposed marketing standee in China has leaked critical details for the Vivo X Fold. The Vivo smartphone will sport a 2K internal folding screen with 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO 3.0 technology, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC combined with LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage, according to the specifications. Meanwhile, the Vivo X Note has been benchmarked on Geekbench using the top Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 12GB of RAM. The phones will be available in China on April 11th.

The Vivo X Fold has been teased with an 8-inch foldable AMOLED panel nicknamed "folding screen 2.0," a 6.5-inch AMOLED main display, and a 4,600mAh battery. The standee, provided on Weibo by tipster Ice Universe, offers the same characteristics, but adds that both the foldable screen and cover display will have a refresh rate of 120Hz. LTPO 3.0 technology will also be included with the foldable screen. According to the Vivo standee, the phone screen has equaled or beaten 19 DisplayMate A+ records, and the hinge can withstand 300,000 folds/unfolds.
The Vivo X Fold is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone might include a quad back camera configuration with Zeiss logo and T* coating for photography. According to the specifications, the phone will include a 50-megapixel Samsung GN5 primary sensor with OIS support, a 48-megapixel sensor with an ultrawide lens with a 114-degree field-of-view, a 12-megapixel portrait lens with 2x magnification, and a 5-megapixel 60x OIS periscope shooter.
The Vivo X Fold is rumoured to run Android 12 and to have a 4,600mAh battery with 66W wired and 50W wireless charging capability. The phone's connectivity options are expected to feature Wi-Fi 6 and NFC. The Vivo X Fold will be available in China on April 11th.

On Vivo's online shop, JD.com and Tmall, the Vivo X Note is available in three RAM and storage configurations: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. The Vivo X Note will include a 7-inch 2K Samsung E5 display, a 3D wide-area fingerprint sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery.
