In India, Vi (Vodafone Idea) has released two new prepaid recharge options. The plans are priced at Rs. 327 and Rs. 377, respectively, and have varying data restrictions. The Rs. 327 recharge plan has a 30-day validity period, whilst the Rs. 337 plan has a 31-day validity period. Furthermore, the Vi prepaid plans include a Vi Movies and TV subscription. The recent move by Vi (Vodafone Idea) comes after the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) required telecom operators to give consumers with at least one plan with a 30-day validity period. It also required businesses to have a plan that could be renewed on the same day of the month every month.
Vi Rs. 327 and Rs. 337 prepaid recharge plan benefits
The new Rs. 327 prepaid recharge package, according to Vi's website, includes unlimited phone calls, 100 SMS messages each day, and access to a total of 25GB of data. The plan is good for 30 days. Users will also be able to make unlimited phone calls and send up to 100 SMS messages per day with Vi's new Rs. 337 prepaid recharge package. It does, however, provide 28GB of data and has a 31-day validity period. Customers who choose the new Vi recharge plans will receive a free subscription to Vi Movies and the TV app.
Vi's new prepaid recharge plans are in accordance with the TRAI rule issued in January. Companies were requested to provide recharge plans with a one-month validity period.
Customers may also get comparable recharge deals from Reliance Jio and Airtel. Airtel has released Rs. 296 and Rs. 319 prepaid recharge options. Both options include unlimited phone calls as well as 100 SMS messages per day. The Rs. 296 Airtel prepaid recharge plan includes 25GB of data with a 30-day validity period, and the Rs. 319 plan includes 2GB of high-speed data on a daily basis with a one-month validity period.
Reliance Jio also released a Rs. 259 prepaid recharge option with 1.5GB of high-speed internet earlier this week. In addition, the package includes unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS messages each day. It also includes a gratis subscription to Jio applications.
