On Monday, Skagen Falster Gen 6 smartwatch was released in India. The Danish brand's wearable runs Google's Wear OS and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon Wear 4100+ platform. It works with both Android and iOS cellphones. According to the firm, the wristwatch has "lightning performance and longer battery life." The Skagen Falster Gen 6 smartwatch was initially introduced at CES 2022 in January, with the Razer X Fossil Gen 6 - a collaboration between Skagen and gaming peripherals manufacturer Razer.

The Skagen Falster Gen 6 smartwatch costs Rs. 21,995 in India. It is available in five different models with 42mm case sizes, including silver-tone, charcoal, and black case colours. Stainless steel mesh, silicone, and leather strap styles are available. Skagen claims that the wearables are compatible with all 20mm straps and bracelets. Skagen's Falster Gen 6 Smartwatch will be available this month on www.skagen.com.

The Skagen Falster Gen 6 wristwatch is powered by Google's Wear OS and features a 1.28-inch (416x416 pixel) AMOLED touch display with 326 ppi pixel density. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+ SoC, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory. On the right side of the smartwatch, there are three buttons. The centre button, which also serves as the home button, may be rotated, while the other two can be customised by the user. New Wear OS apps may be downloaded via Google Play.
A heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor to measure the wearer's blood oxygen, and an off-body IR sensor are among the health and wellness components on the Skagen Falster Gen 6 wristwatch. The accelerometer, altimeter, ambient light sensor, compass, and gyroscope are among the other onboard sensors. According to Skagen, customers will be able to make and receive tethered calls from their Gen 6 wristwatch.
