The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 has been quietly released in South Korea. The new Samsung phone, model number SM-G781NK22 or SM-G781NK, is the same as the original Galaxy S20 FE 5G, which was released internationally in September 2020. It has, however, been introduced at a lesser price than the current model. The Galaxy S20 FE 2022 has a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, three back cameras, and a 4,500mAh battery. It is also equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 is priced at KRW 699,600 (about Rs. 43,600) for the single 6GB + 128GB storage configuration. It costs KRW 200,200 (about Rs. 12,400) less than the original Galaxy S20 FE, which debuted in 2020 for KRW 899,800 (approximately Rs. 56,000). According to Naver, the phone is available in Cloud White, Cloud Lavender, and Cloud Navy colours and is accessible through carriers KT and LG U+.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 does not include the accompanying AKG headset that was included with the original edition in South Korea. However, KT is including the headgear in its initial deal, which is valid through the end of April.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022's availability and pricing in places other than South Korea have yet to be confirmed.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G was released in India in March 2021, with the 8GB + 128GB variant costing Rs. 55,999. In the nation, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G variant debuted for Rs. 44,999.
This year, Samsung also announced the Galaxy S21 FE 5G as the successor to the Galaxy S20 FE models. The new phone is priced at Rs. 54,999 for 128GB storage and Rs. 58,999 for 256GB storage.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 has the same specifications as the Galaxy S20 FE 5G. The phone is powered by Android 10. It has a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixel) Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 865 SoC and 6GB of RAM. A 12-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter are housed in a triple rear camera arrangement.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 has a 32-megapixel camera sensor on the front with an f/2.0 lens for selfies and video chats.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 2022 has 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded with a microSD card. It also includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity. The phone has a fingerprint sensor built into the touchscreen.
The Galaxy S20 FE 2022 is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that enables 15W charging. Wireless charging is also supported. Furthermore, the phone is IP68-certified and dust- and water-resistant. It has dimensions of 159.8x74.5x8.4mm and weighs 190 grammes.
