The Realme Pad Mini, the latest tablet product from the Chinese smartphone company, has been revealed in the Philippines. The new Realme Pad Mini has a sleek design, is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T616 SoC, and has twin speakers. The tablet has an 8.7-inch display and a 6,400mAh battery with 18W fast charging capabilities. The Realme Pad Mini has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It offers Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity, as well as two memory choices.
Realme Pad Mini price, availability
The lowest 3GB + 32GB storage edition of the new Realme Pad Mini costs PHP 9,990 (about Rs. 14,700). The most expensive model, with 4GB + 64GB storage, costs PHP 11,990. (roughly Rs. 17,700). The tablet is available in Blue and Grey colour variants and is presently available for pre-order only in the Philippines through Lazada. Its availability and pricing in other areas, including India, have yet to be disclosed.
To remember, the Realme Pad was released in India in September of last year for Rs. 17,999 for the top-of-the-line 4GB + 64GB storage variant with Wi-Fi + 4G connection. The Wi-Fi only edition costs Rs. 13,999 and is only available in a 3GB + 32GB storage option. The tablet also comes with a 3GB + 32GB storage option for the Wi-Fi + 4G model, which costs Rs. 15,999.
Realme Pad Mini specifications
The new Realme Pad Mini runs Android 11 on top of the new Realme UI for Pad skin. As previously stated, the tablet boasts an 8.7-inch LCD (1,340x800 pixel) display with an 84.59 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display incorporates a Sunlight Mode that provides maximum brightness when used outside. The Realme Pad Mini is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T616 SoC, a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU, up to 4GB RAM, and up to 64GB internal storage. The processor's maximum speed is 2.0GHz.
In terms of optics, the new Realme Pad Mini has an 8-megapixel camera on the back. Realme has also included a 5-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video conferencing. The tablet comes with up to 64GB of UFS 2.1 storage that can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.
For online learning and video conversations, the Realme Pad Mini includes twin stereo speakers and a single microphone. The device's connectivity options are GSM, Bluetooth v5, and WLAN. The Realme Pad Mini comes with a 6,400mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The tablet is also capable of reverse charging.
