The Oppo A57 5G is the company's latest model in the A series. The latest Oppo phone replaces the Oppo A56 5G, which was released in October of last year. It has a 90Hz display and an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. The new phone also includes dual stereo speakers and up to 8GB of RAM. The Oppo A57 5G, like the A56 5G, has twin back cameras and a 5,000mAh battery.
Oppo A57 5G price
The Oppo A57 5G is priced at CNY 1,499 (about Rs. 17,900) for the 8GB + 128GB storage model. However, the price of the 6GB + 128GB variant is yet to be released. The phone is available in three different colors: black, blue, and lilac. The Oppo A57 5G is now available for pre-order in China, with delivery beginning on April 15.
The Oppo A57 5G's availability and pricing in areas other than China have yet to be revealed.
The Oppo A56 5G was introduced last year at CNY 1,599 (about Rs. 19,100) for the lone 6GB + 128GB option.
Oppo A57 5G specifications
The Oppo A57 5G dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone is powered by Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1 on top. It has a 6.56-inch HD+ (720x1,612 pixel) display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 90Hz. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, a Mali G57 MC2 GPU, and up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. There's a dual back camera combination with a 13-megapixel main sensor and an f/2.2 lens, as well as a 2-megapixel portrait sensor.
The Oppo A57 5G has an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.0 lens on the front for selfies and video chats.
The Oppo A57 5G comes with 128GB of internal storage as standard. The 8GB RAM model supports UFS 2.1 storage, while the 6GB RAM variant supports UFS 2.2 storage. The Oppo A57 5G's internal storage may be expanded with a microSD card.
The Oppo A57 5G supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor are among the sensors on board. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the side.
The Oppo A57 5G comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports normal charging at 10W. Furthermore, the phone has dimensions of 163.8x75.1x7.99mm and weighs 186 grams.
