OneUI 5 Open Beta testing has begun! OneUI has always been a wonderful OS, but it began to seem obsolete in comparison to competing companies' os, such as Xiaomi's MIUI, Oppo's Color OS, and Apple's iOS. With OneUI 4, Samsung has launched their own Monet Theme Engine, which allows you to modify the colors of your UI to your liking. It's about time Samsung introduced a feature like this for changing some of the UI components. We don't know what to expect from OneUI 5 Open Beta, but we do know that beta testing will begin in July.

Which devices are eligible for beta testing?

Google began its developer preview testing phase in March, showing us the first glimpses of what Android 13 Tiramisu can be. For the time being, developer previews are only available for Google Pixel devices, but it appears that Samsung is one step ahead of their rival companies. Samsung is aiming to provide the best UI performance, which is why they will launch an open beta testing program for their insiders.

But the Z Fold 4 and the Z Flip 4 aren’t out yet?

No, they are not. However, according to Sammobile, Samsung intends to release them soon enough so that the smartphones may be shipped with the current version Android 13-based OneUI 5 Open Beta. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will feature the most premium hardware ever created by Samsung, which is why Samsung aims to provide their premium products with the most up-to-date software available, free of faults and glitches.

What does Galaxy S22 Series have to be eligible for OneUI 5 Beta?

The Galaxy S22 series is the most recent last-generation premium flagship handset to be introduced in 2022. The S22 and S22 Plus are the same device, with the S22 Plus being somewhat larger, whilst the S22 Ultra has a different design and an S-Pen? Yes, it appears that Samsung has relocated the Note series' most important feature, the S-Pen, to the Galaxy S series; however, it is uncertain whether Samsung will ever manufacture a Galaxy Note.

Depending on the location, the Galaxy S22 Series has Exynos 2200/Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPUs and AMD RDNA2 powered Samsung Xclipse 920/Adreno 730 GPUs. The S22 and S22+ both contain 128/256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. The S22 Ultra features an internal storage capacity of 128/256GB/1TB and 8/12GB RAM.

Samsung will undoubtedly employ those smartphones during the OneUI 5 Open Beta testing phase because they are the most eligible due to the newness of their hardware.

What about the Fold 4/Flip 4?

There isn't much information regarding Fold 4 and Flip 4 yet, but according to our sources, some of the Fold 4's specifications have been released. The Fold 4 sports an inbuilt 120Hz OLED screen, 45W fast charging, a triple rear camera, an in-built S-Pen, Android 12, and is ready for OneUI 5 open beta testing. However, no one knows what the Flip 4 will be like.
