The firm has released the features and design of the OnePlus Nord N20. OnePlus has released a render of the phone, which displays a hole-punch display with a notch in the upper left corner and a triple back camera arrangement. The phone will have a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner, according to the teaser. The phone's features and design are identical to those revealed by tipper Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) last year. He also stated that the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. The phone will be available in April.

OnePlus Nord N20 specifications

According to information released by OnePlus with PCMag, the OnePlus Nord N20 will have a 6.43-inch flat AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 60Hz. At the pricing range of the phone, OnePlus said it had an option between an LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz and an AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 60Hz, and chose the latter.

"Our 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display delivers low battery consumption as well as stronger contrast, more vibrant colours, and a broader colour spectrum than what is presently on sale in the North America cheap smartphone market," OnePlus COO Kinder Liu was quoted as saying by PCMag. According to the Chinese business, the phone would also include SuperVOOC rapid charging. According to the source, the OnePlus Nord N20 will be released later this month. According to 91Mobiles, the phone will be available only in the United States.

Some of these specs match those provided by tipper OnLeaks in November of last year. The phone would include a 6.43-inch flat AMOLED display, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a triple back camera arrangement, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, according to him. The phone is said to have a 48-megapixel primary sensor and two secondary 2-megapixel sensors for photography, as well as a 16-megapixel front camera for video chats.

According to PCMag, OnePlus would not confirm certain rumoured features, including "a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, a 48-megapixel primary camera with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and OxygenOS 11, not 12."

The picture of the OnePlus Nord N20 provided by OnePlus is similar to the one shared by OnLeaks. Both photos hint towards a display with a hole-punched cutout in the upper right corner and three cameras on the rear. Two sensors are bigger than the third, and an LED flash is included. According to OnLeaks, the phone will be released in Grey and Purple colour variants. The OnePlus Nord N20 is expected to be released in Europe in February. The Chinese business has not released any information on the colour options or the debut date.
