The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G has been rumoured for several weeks. OnePlus has yet to confirm the development of the Nord-series smartphone, but the device has allegedly received certifications from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), indicating its impending arrival in India and other markets. Previous reports have stated that the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite would have a 4,500mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC charging capabilities. In India, the device is projected to be priced at Rs. 20,000 upon launch.
Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd), a well-known tipper, shared screenshots of suspected TDRA and BIS listings for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G. According to the leak, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G with model number CPH2409 has received TDRA clearance. The claimed BIS listing also includes the CPH2401 model number.
The rumoured OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite just emerged in a Geekbench listing under the model number GN2200, with a single-core score of 678 points and a multi-core score of 1,932 points. An octa-core CPU was mentioned in the listing. It is thought to be either the Snapdragon 480+ SoC or the Snapdragon 695 chipset. According to the advertisement, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite would have 6GB of RAM and will run Android 11.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite was also detected on numerous certification and benchmarking websites, including the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Camerafv5, UL (Demko), and TUV Rheinland, indicating some of its major specifications. According to these listings, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will sport a 4,500mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC charging capabilities. It is also said to include a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The device might feature 5G, Bluetooth, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
Leaked OnePlus Nord 2 CE Lite images also hinted to a hole-punch display design for the device. It is rumoured to include a 6.59-inch full-HD Fluid screen and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
