According to a source, OnePlus is working on a foldable phone that would appear similar to the Oppo Find N. Oppo's Find N foldable smartphone was unveiled in December during Inno Day. However, there is no information on when it will be available in overseas markets. The smartphone has a Flexion Hinge, and Oppo boasts that it folds precisely, with almost no gap between the two sides of the folded display. Oppo, OnePlus, Vivo, and Realme are all controlled by the Chinese conglomerate BBK electronics.
A Pricebaba article citing tipster Yogesh Brar adds that there is currently no information on the launch timetable of OnePlus's foldable product. It also claims that OnePlus is planning to release five smartphones this year, but the foldable gadget isn't on the list. Oppo and OnePlus have already released smartphones with identical specs, and the Find N foldable phone might be the next in line.
Both businesses recently announced OnePlus' merger with Oppo in order to provide 'even better goods' for customers. Indeed, OnePlus combined its OxygenOS with Oppo's ColorOS "to increase efficiency and standardize the software experience" across devices. As previously stated, OnePlus and Oppo are both owned by the Guangdong-based conglomerate BBK Electronics, which also owns brands like as Vivo and Xiaomi.
On April 11, the company's Vivo brand will debut its first foldable smartphone, the Vivo X Fold, in China. The phone might include a 6.5-inch AMOLED main display as well as an 8-inch foldable AMOLED panel. It is said to include quad back cameras as well as a 4,600mAh battery.
