On Tuesday, the Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro was released in global markets. On February 17, the latest addition to the company's Red Magic gaming smartphone series was released in China. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC is combined with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM to run the device. It has a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, three 64-megapixel back cameras, and an under-display selfie camera. Unlike the Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro, which was released in China with 135W fast charging, the worldwide model, according to the manufacturer, only supports 65W charging.
Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro pricing, availability
The Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro starts at $799 (about Rs. 60,890) for the 16GB + 256GB storage capacity, which will be available in Obsidian Black. The phone will also be available in a 16GB + 512GB storage edition for $899 (approximately Rs. 68,500) in a Supernova color option with a translucent exterior. Customers in the Asia-Pacific area, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America will be able to purchase the Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro beginning on April 27. The business has yet to announce the smartphone's availability in India.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro is powered by the Android 12-based RedMagic OS 5.0 and features a 6.8-inch AMOLED full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixel) display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 960Hz touch sampling rate, and 600 nits of peak brightness. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC is combined with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM to power the smartphone. It also has a specialized Red Core 1 gaming chip for functions like better shoulder triggers, sound, haptic feedback, and lighting effects. The Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro is equipped with an ICE 9.0 cooling system with a "Turbo" RGB fan at 20,000 RPM, as well as additional components such as a vapour chamber, according to the firm.
The Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro has a 64-megapixel main camera with an f/1.79 aperture lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture lens for images and movies. Meanwhile, for selfies and video chats, the smartphone has an under-display 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens.
The Nubia Red Magic 7 Pro has an internal storage capacity of up to 512GB. The handset's connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, a 3.5mm audio connector, and a USB Type-C port. A gyroscope, accelerometer, e-compass, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and fingerprint sensor for biometric verification are among the sensors on board. The handset is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging capability, as opposed to the Chinese edition, which launched with 135W charging support. It has dimensions of 166.27x77.1x9.98mm and weighs 235 grams.
