The Motorola Moto G52, the latest device from the Lenovo-owned brand, was released in Europe on Tuesday. The new Moto G-series phone has a hole-punch display design, a 90Hz refresh rate display, twin stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos compatibility, and triple rear cameras, the most important of which is a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The Moto G52 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 680 SoC, which is paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage inside. The smartphone has a fingerprint reader on the side and a 5,000mAh battery that is supposed to provide 37.9 hours of backup on a single charge. The Moto G52 replaces the Moto G51, which launched last year.

Moto G52 price, availability


The Moto G52 is priced at EUR 249 (about Rs. 20,600) for the single 4GB + 128GB storage configuration. It is available in Charcoal Grey and Porcelain White. The new Motorola phone will be available for pre-order in select European regions later this month.

Motorola has announced that the Moto G52 will be available in India and Latin America in the "coming weeks."

The Moto G52 dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone is powered by Android 12. It has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400-pixel) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The display has a pixel density of 402ppi, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and an 87.70 percent screen-to-body ratio. The Moto G52 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, an Adreno 610 GPU, and 4GB of RAM.

In terms of optics, there is a triple back camera arrangement and a single LED flash. A 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture are housed in the camera unit. The smartphone includes a variety of camera settings, including as night vision, portrait mode, live photo, and quad pixel technology. The Moto G52 has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.45 aperture for selfies and video chats.

An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, SAR sensor, and distance sensor are among the sensors aboard. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the side.

The new Moto G52 comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W TurboPower Charging through the included charger. According to the manufacturer, the battery may provide up to 37.9 hours of playback time on a single charge.

The phone is also dust and water resistant, with an IP52 grade. It boasts two microphones and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos compatibility for audio. The Moto G52 has dimensions of 160.98x74.46x7.99mm and weighs 169 grams.
