Last year, Google debuted the Pixel 6 series smartphones, which included a redesigned look and more powerful features, particularly in the photography field, owing to its own Google Tensor processor. The business is now working on the next-generation Pixel 7 series devices, with details leaking online.

Details about the camera specifications of the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro have been published in the most recent report. According to tipster Yogesh Brar, Google's forthcoming flagship smartphone will use the same camera arrangement as its predecessors.

According to the source, the Pixel 7 would include a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The Pixel 7 Pro, on the other hand, will include a triple-camera configuration with the addition of a 48-megapixel telephoto lens.

While the camera arrangement may appear to be weak, Google has not relied exclusively on hardware to make the Pixel series one of the greatest photography phones on the market.

It is also stated that the tech giant will tweak the sensors to get greater performance out of them, and that, as with previous-generation models in the range, software would handle a large portion of the processing.

The Pixel 7 is believed to have a 6.3-inch display, while the Pixel 7 Pro is expected to have a 6.7-inch display. The ordinary Pixel 7 is claimed to have a non-LTPO display with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. The Pro model, on the other hand, is rumored to feature a 120Hz refresh rate and will employ an LTPO panel.

The gadgets will be powered internally by the company's own CPU, which will be a successor to the Google Tensor SoC. Recently, renderings of the future Google Pixel 7 were leaked online, revealing that the phone's appearance will stay same but with small tweaks.

There are claims that the next-generation Google Pixel 7 series smartphones would be released sooner than normal. It is expected that the phones will be released in September, rather than October, as is customary.

Ahead of the release of the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones, the firm is preparing to release the Google Pixel 6a, which is likely to be available next month.
