The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version will be available in India on April 11. The Huami-owned firm isn't shy about advertising the fact that their next wearable is an improved version of the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini, which was released in December 2020. Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version has a 1.55-inch AMOLED screen and many of the same functions as the original Amazfit GTS 2 Mini. The wearable will be available in three colour variants in India and can be purchased on Amazon.
Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version price in India, availability
According to an Amazon webpage, the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version will be on sale on April 11 at 12pm IST. The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini was initially priced at Rs. 6,999, and it is still available for that price on Amazon. The pricing of the latest edition of the smartwatch has not yet been announced. It is available for purchase on Amazon.
Flamingo Pink, Midnight Black, and Sage Green are the new colour possibilities for the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version. The current version of the wearable is available in three colours: Breeze Blue, Flamingo Pink, and Meteor Black.
Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version specifications
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version has a 1.55-inch (306x354 pixel) AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 450 nits. The smartwatch is composed of aluminium alloy, has a thickness of 8.95mm, and weighs 19.5 grammes. It features a PPG optical sensor as well as the Huami BioTracker 2 for 24x7 heart rate monitoring for exercise lovers. The wristwatch also tracks resting heart rate, heart rate zones, and delivers elevated heart rate notifications.
The new Amazfit GTS 2 Mini, like the previous iteration, has heart rate tracking and Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) measuring. This is based on Huami's unique oxygen data AI engine and, like the current Apple Watch and several other smartwatches, is not medically authorised.
In addition, the updated edition includes sleep quality monitoring, menstrual cycle tracking, and stress monitoring. Furthermore, the wristwatch has over 68 preset sports modes, such as jogging, cycling, and swimming. During exercises, it is also intended to deliver notifications on activity stages, circumstances, and heart rate zones.
Because the new Amazfit GTS 2 Mini lacks a barometric altimeter, it does not support sports modes such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding double, and snowboarding single.
In terms of interoperability, customers will be able to connect through Bluetooth. Furthermore, the wristwatch comes equipped with a 220mAh battery that is said to provide up to 14 days of regular usage on a single charge. The wearable has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM.
