WhatsApp is developing new tools for businesses to better handle their orders with consumers. In this scenario, the business is developing a new area inside WhatsApp Business Settings that will allow you to examine a list of your orders:
As seen in the picture, all orders generated for individual clients will be presented in this new area. It will be possible to establish a new order by accessing the chat sharing action menu: in this menu, a new option named "Orders" will be accessible, which will enable adding a title for the order, a price, and quantity, although this is still in development and will be announced later.
Even if the screenshot is from an iOS beta version of WhatsApp Business, the same functionality will be introduced in a future update of WhatsApp Business for Android as well, but there is no set release date. We will update this article if we obtain more information.
