When the reminder is accessible, a green dot will appear in WhatsApp Settings, alerting users that something new has been added to the Help section:
After going to WhatsApp Settings > Help, the user will see a new option named "Yearly reminder of our Terms of Service," which will take them to a page on their website regarding Terms of Service. Note that this does not imply that WhatsApp intends to revise their Terms of Service: it's just a friendly reminder, and it has no impact on the privacy of your communications, which remain end-to-end encrypted. Furthermore, as mandated by India's Information Technology Rules 2021, the new reminder will only appear in India.
