Vivo, a Chinese smartphone company, is preparing to launch its first tablet in the domestic market, named the Vivo Pad. The company just released real-life photographs of the item, leaving no room for interpretation in terms of appearance. The majority of its specifications have now been disclosed online by tipper Abhishek Yadav.

The Vivo Pad, according to the source, would include a 2.5K display with Dolby Vision compatibility. It is unclear whether the Vivo Pad will have an OLED panel or an LCD display.

The tablet will have a metal shell and a Snapdragon 870 SoC with 8GB RAM, according to reports. The gadget will run OriginOS, which is based on Android 11, and will support the Vivo Pencil pen. Abhishek also confirms that the tablet would include a dual-camera and a quad-speaker configuration.

Aside from that, previous reports claimed that the Vivo Pad includes an 11-inch 120Hz LCD display, 44W fast charging, and a 7,860mAh battery. Some rumours also circulated last month, stating that the tablet will include a 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel lens on the back. An 8-megapixel camera is supposed to be inserted in a punch-hole on the front side.

The design of the next Vivo Pad tablet has already been announced by Vivo. The Vivo Pad will have a flat edge design with a metal back panel, according to teasers. The tablet will have a dual-rear camera arrangement, which will be located on the upper left corner of the back panel. A USB-Type C port will be located on the device's bottom.
