For months, we've been hearing about the Galaxy A53. The device could be unveiled at the anticipated Galaxy Awesome Unpacked 2022 event later this month. Its pricing in Europe has been revealed ahead of time.

The forthcoming Samsung Galaxy A53 will most likely launch in Europe around €469 for the 6GB + 128GB memory combination, according to GizPie (via SamMobile). This is based on a pricing listing uncovered by the journal, which mentions €466.49, which is a strange price tag.

The phone will be slightly more expensive than the Galaxy A52s 5G even if it is released for the quoted price. The current-gen device, for those unaware, was revealed at €449 for the same memory option.

The Galaxy A53 is expected to offer minimal improvements over its predecessor in terms of features. It will have a similar appearance with a few changes, and it will be available in orange instead of purple, as well as black, white, and blue.

Most notably, Samsung's own Exynos 1200 SoC will power it. 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be included with the chipset.

A 6.52-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a centred punch hole will also be featured on the handset. On the back, it will include a quad-camera configuration with 64MP (wide), 12MP (ultra-wide), 5MP (macro), and 5MP (depth).

Finally, the phone will run Android 12 and be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
