A set of renders have leaked online that show the design of the OnePlus 10R. It's expected that the new OnePlus phone will be released in May. According to the renders, the OnePlus 10R would have a hole-punch display design. The handset is thought to be a rebadged Realme GT Neo 3, which was released in China last week. Although OnePlus has yet to confirm this, the renders show a lot of similarities between the OnePlus 10R and the Realme GT Neo 3.
The graphics were created in collaboration with tipster Yogesh Brar and released by 91Mobiles. The OnePlus 10R is available in a matte black colour option. There may also be some additional colour options available.
Along with the finish, the renders show that the OnePlus 10R will have a hole-punch display cutout in the middle. This is in contrast to earlier OnePlus phones, which had a hole-punch cutout in the top-left corner of the screen.
The OnePlus 10R also appears to be missing the Alert Slider, since the renders just show a volume rocker and a power button on the sides.
The OnePlus 10R appears to have three cameras on the back, each with an LED flash. The camera configuration resembles that of the Realme GT Neo 3, with the exception that the LED flash module is situated differently to distinguish it.
In the centre of the back panel is the OnePlus logo.
According to previous reports, the OnePlus 10R might be released in the second quarter of 2022, possibly as early as May. The phone is also rumoured to be in private testing in India and might arrive there as soon as it is released worldwide.
Specifications for the OnePlus 10R (expected)
A 6.7-inch full-HD+ E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate could be included in the OnePlus 10R specifications. It could also be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 octa-core SoC, however an earlier report mentioned the inclusion of the Dimensity 9000 processor. The OnePlus 10R may also come with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 50-megapixel primary camera. It could come in two versions: one with a 4,500mAh battery and support for 150W fast charging, similar to the Realme GT Neo 3, and the other without. The other variation is said to include a 5,000mAh battery and support for 80W charging.
