The latest Redmi K50 teaser comes from Redmi CEO Lu Weibing on Weibo. It has two features that people value in a smartphone in our always-connected modern era: connection and sound quality.
To begin with, Lu adds that the Redmi K50 series has the newer and improved WiFi 6 160MHz, which is touted to deliver double the Internet speed than WiFi 5. Another advancement in connection is that the Redmi K50 will now allow simultaneous WiFi and Bluetooth activities. According to Lu's article, this new function is important for gamers since you can now game with Bluetooth headphones on without worrying about Internet latency over WiFi, because parallel processes allow for less interference.
