On Thursday, the Realme V25 was introduced in China. Realme's newest V-series product features a 120Hz refresh rate display and is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. The Realme V25 has three back cameras, the most important of which is a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The smartphone has a hole-punch display and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging capabilities. The new phone has Dynamic RAM expansion, which uses free storage to increase RAM. The Realme V25 smartphone is the successor of the Realme V15 5G, which was released last year. The Realme V25 is the company's first smartphone to include a photochromic back panel.
Realme V25 price, availability
The Realme V25 is priced at CNY 1,999 (about Rs. 23,900) for the single 12GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration. The phone is available in Purple MSI, Venus, and Firmanant Black (translated) colours. Beginning March 4, it will be available for purchase in Realme's home market.

The dual-SIM Realme V25 is powered by Android 12 with the company's Realme UI 3.0 on top. The display of the smartphone is 6.6-inch LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide). Based on the content, the Realme V25 will be able to reduce the screen refresh rate all the way down to 30Hz from 120Hz. Depending on the content, it has six variable refresh rates: 30Hz, 48Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz. The display offers a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and a peak brightness of 500 nits.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC in the Realme V25 is paired with 12GB of RAM. As previously stated, the device also includes a Dynamic RAM expansion function that allows you to increase the RAM to up to 19GB by using unused or free storage as virtual memory.
Realme has included a triple back camera unit on the new Realme V25 for optics. It has a main sensor with 64 megapixels, a depth sensor, and a macro shooter. In the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor for selfies and video chats.
The Realme V25 has 256GB of storage. The phone's connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm audio port. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the side for authentication.
The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and enables 33W rapid charging. On a full charge, the battery is touted to provide up to 24 days of standby time. The Realme V25 is said to charge in 27 minutes and go from 0 to 50% battery.
In addition, the Realme V25 incorporates a photochromic rear panel that changes colour from blue to red when exposed to UV radiation. The device has a thickness of 8.5mm and weighs 195 grammes.
