Realme GT Neo3 teaser verifies Dimensity 8100 processor and separate display chip

 Realme has been teasing some of the key features of the upcoming Realme GT Neo3 flagship smartphone ahead of its formal introduction next week on March 22nd in its home market of China.

The next Realme GT Neo3 is revealed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC in the latest teaser poster given by Xu Qi, Vice President of Realme, President of Realme China, and President of Marketing for the company.


LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage will be used with the Dimensity 8100 processor. Furthermore, it has been reported that the smartphone will include an independent display chip for improved performance and reduced power usage.

The Realme GT Neo3 smartphone will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ screen quality and a punch-hole cutout for the front-facing camera, according to the information released so far.

On the rear of the phone, there will be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor, as well as a triple-camera arrangement. The device will sport a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

It will come with the Android 12 operating system pre-installed, as well as the company's customised Realme UI. The phone will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery and will have 150W light-speed rapid charging technology, making it the first of its kind in the world. According to Realme, the device charges from 0% to 50% in just 5 minutes.
