The Realme GT 2 Pro will be available in India on April 7, according to an invite extended to the media. The Realme GT 2 Pro, which was first shown in China in January, debuted alongside the ordinary Realme GT 2 at MWC 2022 in Barcelona last month. The Realme GT 2 Pro has a 120Hz 2K AMOLED display and an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It also has three back cameras and up to 512GB of internal storage. The Realme GT 2 Pro also has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a Paper Tech Master design based on a bio-polymer substance, and 65W rapid charging capabilities.
Realme GT 2 Pro India launch details
Realme gave out an invite for the Realme GT 2 Pro launch in India on Thursday. It reveals that the debut will be virtual and will be livestreamed at 12:30pm on Realme's YouTube and Facebook feeds.
Realme first hinted at the flagship phone's India launch date in a teaser tweeted on Wednesday. However, the teaser was removed immediately after it was made public.
Realme GT 2 Pro price in India (expected)
The Realme GT 2 Pro price in India is believed to be similar to the phone's price in China, which was disclosed in January. It went on sale for CNY 3,899 (about Rs. 46,700) for the basic 8GB + 128GB storage option. The Realme GT 2 Pro is also available in a 12GB + 256GB storage model for CNY 4,299 (about Rs. 51,500) and a top-of-the-line edition with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage for CNY 4,799 (approximately Rs. 51,500). (roughly Rs. 57,500).
The Realme GT 2 Pro was also released in Europe last month, with a starting price of EUR 749. (roughly Rs. 63,100). The Realme GT 2 Pro is available in Paper Green, Paper White, and Steel Black.
The Realme GT 2 Pro has Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0, a 6.7-inch 2K (1,440x3,216 pixels) LTPO 2.0 AMOLED'Super Reality' display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus screen protection. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM power the phone. It has a triple rear camera arrangement with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
The Realme GT 2 Pro has a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front for selfies and video chats.
The Realme GT 2 Pro has an internal storage capacity of up to 512GB. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector are among the connectivity choices. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor. Furthermore, the phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 65W SuperDart Charge Enhanced fast charging support.
