The Xiaomi sub-brand has teased the Poco X4 Pro 5G India launch date. The forthcoming smartphone will be available in the nation starting next month. The Poco X4 Pro 5G was unveiled internationally during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022 in late February. According to rumours, the Indian version of the Poco X4 Pro 5G would include a 64-megapixel main sensor. The smartphone's worldwide edition is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM.

According to a Poco tweet, the Poco X4 Pro 5G will be available in India on April 10. The tweet makes reference to "The date has been set for the X! Please let me know if you discover it." The Roman numbers "X" and "IV" are plainly visible in the photograph, denoting 10 and 4, or April 10.

It should be noted that the date was not confirmed by the corporation. A user (@techstarsrk) reacted to the tweet, implying that the Poco X4 Pro 5G will be available in India on April 10, but the business opted not to confirm or refute the date in a lighthearted manner.


Poco X4 Pro 5G price (expected)

The basic 6GB + 128GB storage edition of the Poco X4 Pro 5G costs EUR 229 (about Rs. 19,200). The 8GB + 256GB storage variant costs EUR 349. (roughly Rs. 29,300). The India edition is believed to have a similar price tag, however nothing has been verified by the business. Poco sells the smartphone in three colour options: Laser Black, Laser Blue, and Poco Yellow.

According to a tip, the Poco X4 Pro 5G will have a 64-megapixel primary sensor instead of the 108-megapixel primary sensor found on the global version. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor are rumoured to be among the other sensors. It remains to be known whether the Indian version's other specs match those of the global version.

The Poco X4 Pro, which was unveiled at MWC 2022, runs Android 11 with MIUI 13 out of the box. It has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixel) AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which is combined with 8GB of RAM. It contains 256GB of RAM that can be increased with a microSD card (up to 1TB). The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 67W rapid charging capabilities.
