MIUI 13 was released in January of this year and has already reached the majority of qualified premium and mid-range smartphones. Some newer cheap options, such as the Redmi Note 10 Pro, have also acquired it, indicating that Xiaomi is keeping up with the competition. The POCO X3 GT is the latest worldwide gadget to receive the update, and here's all you need to know about it.

The POCO X3 GT MIUI 13 update is based on Android 12 and is known as V13.0.3.0.SKPMIXM. The entire recovery-flashable package is 3.2GB in size and contains the February security patch. For your convenience, the whole changelog is provided below:

[System] Stable MIUI based on Android 12
Updated Android Security Patch to February 2022. Increased system security.
[More features and improvements] New: Apps can be opened as floating windows directly from the sidebar
Optimization: Enhanced accessibility support for Phone, Clock, and Weather
Optimization: Mind map nodes are more convenient and intuitive now

Do note here that the update is still in its early rollout stages and looks limited to Mi Pilot Testers alone as of now. But if found bug-free, Xiaomi should be pushing it to more units and expanding the release to more regions.

The POCO X3 GT was released in July 2021 with Android 11, thus it should be eligible for at least one more upgrade after Android 12.
