With its 2021 ColorOS merger announcement, OnePlus irritated some of its ardent user base. A flawed first deployment only made problems worse, although attempts have been made to resolve identified concerns ever since. Last week, the firm published a bug-fixing update for the OnePlus 9 series in the guise of addressing one of those concerns. While the original distribution excluded the United States owing to "country-related constraints," a subsequent release is fixing that.
OxygenOS 12 C.47 is a small update that incorporates the March security patch and resolves various call and texting difficulties. There's also an optimization you should look at to boost the fluidity of snapping images. The following is OnePlus's entire changelog:

The update is now only available for download in Europe. According to the community thread, North America will get it shortly, and as usual, it will initially reach a limited percentage of users before expanding to a larger rollout if all goes well.
Be aware that some users are experiencing issues with Google Pay after upgrading. According to complaints, the app does not operate at all and returns an error message claiming that the phone is rooted when it is not. The culprit seems to be expired Play Protect certification, according to a staff employee – who also says it has already been resolved. Nonetheless, user comments on the same post indicate otherwise.
