The OnePlus 10 Pro will be released in India on March 31, the firm said on Thursday. On Twitter, the smartphone maker teased the launch event, stating that the smartphone's features will be the same as the Chinese variant that was released in January. The OnePlus 10 Pro is the company's first flagship phone for 2022, and it has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, a 120Hz AMOLED display, and 80W fast charging capabilities.
The firm revealed the launch date for the OnePlus 10 Pro in India via a tweet that read: "The specs are already out, what more is there to expect?" as well as the event's schedule. This means that the Indian variant's features would be identical to those of the OnePlus 10 Pro model, which was released earlier this year in China. According to the firm, the OnePlus 10 Pro launch event will take place on March 31 at 7:30pm IST (2pm GMT/ 10am EDT). The launch date corresponds to the company's declaration at MWC 2022 that the flagship OnePlus smartphone will be available in worldwide countries by the end of March, including India.

The OnePlus 10 Pro is a dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone that was released in China in January and runs on Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1 on top. The smartphone features a curved LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with a dynamic refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz and a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1,440x3,216 pixels) resolution. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and has a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The OnePlus 10 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
A 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture lens, a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor with an f/2.2 aperture lens for ultra-wide shooting, and an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter with 3.3x optical zoom make up the handset's triple rear camera configuration. A 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera sensor with an f/2.4 aperture lens is also included on the front of the smartphone.
Up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage is available on the OnePlus 10 Pro. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector are among the connectivity choices. Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor are among the sensors on board. The OnePlus 10 Pro has a 5,000mAh battery that supports both 80W Super Flash Charge (wired) and 50W Flash Charge (wireless) fast charging (wireless). According to the business, the smartphone measures 163x73.9x8.55mm and weighs 200.5 grammes.
