With the introduction of One UI 4.0 last year, Samsung began bringing out Android 12 to its phones and tablets. When the Galaxy S22 series was introduced earlier this year, it came with the upgraded One UI 4.1 version, which has a few new enhancements and capabilities. The update is now being rolled out to more Samsung handsets, including the Galaxy A51.

The worldwide 4G edition of the Galaxy A51 SM-A515F is the first in the next wave of One U 4.1 upgrades. Because Samsung skipped the One UI 4.0 upgrade and went directly to 4.1, this is the first time the phone has received an official Android 12 update. The A515FXXU5FVC2 build number has surfaced in Russia, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates. Samsung also included the February 2022 security patch, which is a little out of date at this point - it's already April.

The worldwide 4G version of the original Galaxy Fold 4G (SM-F900F) is also receiving the update, albeit it appears to be limited to France for the time being. This update, with the version number F900FXXU6HVC6, includes the March 2022 security fixes. The worldwide Galaxy Fold 5G (SM-F907B) in the United Kingdom is also receiving One UI 4.1, with the build number F907BXXU6HVC6 and the March 2022 security updates.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite (SM-N770F) will also get One UI 4.1, with the build number N770FXXU8GVC3 and the March 2022 security patch level. However, the update has so far only been seen in France, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Finally, the worldwide Galaxy Xcover Pro (SM-G715FN) skips One UI 4.0 in favour of One UI 4.1. This update, with the version number G715FNXXU9DVC3 and the March 2022 security fixes, has been detected in Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

The next round of upgrades comes after Samsung began distributing One UI 4.1 to four additional devices: the Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy M52, and Galaxy A90.
