The LG 11TC50Q Chromebook was introduced earlier this week in the company's native market of South Korea. As the name implies, the new Chromebook runs Google's ChromeOS. The LG 11TC50Q Chromebook is a cloud-based 2-in-1 notebook with an 11.6-inch touch display that can be spun up to 360 degrees for use as a laptop or tablet. According to LG, the Chromebook is primarily intended for students. The LG 11TC50Q Chromebook is dust and water resistant, with an IP41 grade.

The LG 11TC50Q Chromebook costs KRW 690,000 (about $690). (roughly Rs. 43,000). However, the laptop is offered at KRW 559,000 (about Rs. 34,800) on South Korean e-commerce portal Gmarket, which might be an introductory price, but there has been no comment from the firm on the reason for the reduced pricing. It is only available in one colour: black. LG said that it will be available for purchase on March 7 through the official web shop and major online merchants. There is no information available on its availability in India.

As previously stated, the LG 11TC50Q Chromebook comes pre-installed with ChromeOS. It has an 11.6-inch HD (1,366x768 pixel) LCD touch screen. The screen may be turned up to 360 degrees to use as a laptop or tablet. LG's new Chromebook is powered by an Intel Celeron N5100 CPU with Intel UHD graphics, 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 64GB of eMMC storage. It has a pair of 2W stereo speakers.

Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, two USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, USB power delivery, and a microSD card slot are among the connection choices available on the LG 11TC50Q Chromebook. The Chromebook is equipped with a 1-megapixel front-facing webcam and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera. LG promotes the Chromebook as an educational tool, and it comes with a customised grip that makes it simpler to carry.

LG's latest Chromebook has a 44.5Whr battery with 45W fast charging capabilities. It is also dust and water resistant, with an IP41 rating. LG 11TC50Q has dimensions of 291x204x21mm and weighs about 1.44 kg.
