On Twitter, tipster SnoopyTech provided the leaked renderings, stating that the next Realme C31 will be available in two colour variants – Dark Green and Light Silver – as well as two memory+storage options of 3GB+32GB and 4GB +64GB. This is similar to a February leak by tipster Mukul Sharma. The front shooter of the Realme C31 will be housed inside a waterdrop notch, according to the renders. A large chin can also be seen at the bottom of the front panel in the renders.

According to the renders, the Realme C31's back panel will have a rectangular camera module in the top left corner. This module appears to be comparable to the Realme C35's. As 13MP AI Camera lettering can be seen inside the camera module, the device's primary sensor will be a 13-megapixel shooter.

The Realme C31 was first spotted on the US FCC website in January, with model number RMX3501 and specifications including a 4890mAh (5,000mAh) battery, 10W charging, Android 11, and Bluetooth 5.0.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav claimed in December that the Realme C31 with model number RMX3501 had been certified by NBTC and TUV. The Realme C31 could be the successor to the Realme C21, which was released in India in April of last year. He also stated that this phone will be able to charge at a rate of 10 watts.
