Oppo has gradually been diversifying its product offerings to include more IoT products like TWS earphones, smart wearables, and power banks. And according to a new report, the company plans on launching many new products in India this year.

According to MySmartPrice, tipster Mukul Sharma has revealed Oppo’s IoT roadmap for India for the year 2022. The tipster states that the Chinese tech giant will launch three new TWS earbuds in India this year. This will include the successor to the Oppo W31 budget TWS, the recently unveiled Oppo Enco X2 premium earbuds, and the successor to the Enco W11 earbuds. These three TWS earbuds are said to release in the month of July.

The company expects to offer more goods in India in the second half of the year, including an Oppo smartwatch and a power bank. The brand is yet to launch the Oppo Watch 2 in India, despite the fact that it was released in China in July 2021, thus it could arrive in the second half of 2022.

The Oppo Watch 2 series is created similarly to the first Oppo Watch from 2020 in terms of specs and functionality. It has a curved edged 3D AMOLED flexible display with small bezels. The display has a 60Hz refresh rate, 326 PPI, and a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut.

The AI Outfit 2.0 watchface function allows users to choose from over 100 dials and even create new dials. A skin-friendly fluoroelastomer strap with a buckle is also included with the wearable. It comes in three different versions. Two of the versions have a 42mm dial, while the third has a 46mm dial. The 42mm version is available with both an eSIM and a Bluetooth-only option, whilst the 46mm is only available with an eSIM option.

Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 and Apollo4s are the chips that power the smartwatch. It also runs two operating systems: ColorOS Watch, which is based on Android, and RTOS, which is based on RTOS. As a result, it has a battery life of up to four days. Furthermore, according to OPPO, users who switch totally to RTOS might obtain up to 16 days of battery life. Sports modes, heart-rate monitoring, sleep tracking, snore tracking, blood oxygen level monitoring, and other standard smartwatch features are all available on the device.
