A source has disclosed the screen sizes of the iPhone 14 series devices. The rumoured list excludes the iPhone 14 tiny and proposes a smaller iPhone 14 Max. Previous rumours suggest that the Apple iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max would have bigger displays this year to fit a new pill-shaped hole punch cutout, which is expected to replace the display notch on previous iPhone models. According to a previous source, Apple may incorporate a new A16 Bionic SoC in the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, while the non-Pro versions — likely to be dubbed the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max — may use last year's A15 Bionic.
The iPhone 14 will have a 6.06-inch flexible OLED screen, according to tipster Sam (@Shadow Leak) on Twitter, while the iPhone 14 Pro will have a 6.06-inch flexible OLED LTPO screen. The iPhone 14 Max will have a 6.68-inch flexible OLED display, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a 6.68-inch OLED LTPO display. The information is consistent with a prior rumour claiming that Apple would discontinue the iPhone small form factor this year.

All the devices in the iPhone 14 series are likely to come with 6GB RAM. According to another leak from earlier this year, all four new iPhone 14 versions would have 120Hz ProMotion screens. Another expert disputed this claim, claiming that only iPhone 14 Pro models will have ProMotion screens.
