In China, the realme GT NEO 2 is now receiving the Android 12-based realme UI 3.0 upgrade, which includes a slew of new features. The phone was released recently and came pre-installed with realme UI 2.0, which is based on Android 11.
realme UI 3.0 is a very significant upgrade that incorporates several Android 12-specific features into the skin, including dynamic wallpaper-based theming, the new Privacy Dashboard, and mic and camera status bar indications. These are topped up with realme enhancements including AI Smooth Engine for improved animations and system efficiency, as well as Floating Window 2.0.
