Oppo is preparing to release two new unique smartphones later this year, according to a well-known source on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). The clamshell design will be present on these rumoured handsets.

Following the release of the Find N, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer plans to offer more foldable devices, according to Digital Chat Station. According to reports, sales of the brand's first foldable product were greater than planned. As a result, it is also preparing to release two new models. One will have a clamshell style, while the other will be a higher-end device with a larger display than the Find N.

The Find N was first released in December 2022, for those who are unaware. Furthermore, according to the tipster, this higher-end model would be released with a price tag of around 10,000 Yuan (around 1,583 US Dollars). To put it another way, it will be even more expensive than the Find N, which was one of the most cheap foldable phones on the market.

The display on this upcoming premium handset will be a rollable panel, according to Digital Chat Station. It could look like the OPPO X 2021 rollable phone prototype, which was the world's first smartphone with an extendable display. Thanks to its 6.8mm Roll Motor and flexible OLED screen architecture, it can extend its display from 6.7 to 7.4 inches. Keep in mind that this is yet unconfirmed information, so take it with a grain of salt for the time being. However, if the business is successful in launching this device, it will be the first mass-produced commercial model of a rollable phone.
