Honor officially confirmed earlier today (March 31, 2022) that the first sale of its freshly launched Magic4 Pro would be delayed. The device's release date has now been pushed back by 20 days by the business.
For those who are unaware, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer had planned to release the device on April 2nd, 2022. However, due to the delay, the Magic4 Pro will now be available for purchase in the brand's native market of China on April 2. While the specifics of the delay are unknown, the corporation stated that the effects of the worldwide pandemic on the supply chain are the key reason for the postponement.
However, Honor stated that consumers who have already paid the full amount for pre-orders online may receive the smartphone before April 22 since the firm will send out the handset before that date. Customers that reserved the gadget offline could expect to hear from the retailers soon. Notably, the announcement was made on Honor's official Weibo account (a Chinese microblogging website), where it was mentioned that Honor and its supply chain partners are working hard to overcome the challenges posed by the worldwide epidemic.
Furthermore, the company is going above and above to increase production in order to fulfil demand. Concerning the smartphone itself, it is a flagship grade device that includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, a large 4,800mAh battery pack that supports 66W fast charging, and a 50 megapixel quad camera module that includes a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle lens as well as a 64 megapixel telephoto lens.
