In December 2021, Xiaomi announced the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X, and Xiaomi 12 Pro in China. These items were just released into the global market. The globe is now eagerly awaiting the arrival of the successor to the Xiaomi 11 Ultra from last year. It is expected to launch in Q2 2022, according to reports. Pricebaba has announced the month in which it will be made official, citing respected tipster Mukul Sharma as the source.

The Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be released in May, according to the outlet. The device is likely to hit global markets in the coming months, but it will make its debut in China first. There is no information in the leak on when the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be released in worldwide markets.

According to recent sources, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra would come with a 6.73-inch E5 AMOLED display with LTPO 2.0 technology. It is supposed to include 10-bit colour capabilities and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. It'll probably have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W quick charging. It may also have wireless charging capabilities. The gadget is expected to run MIUI 13 and Android 12 OS.

On the back of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, there will most likely be a huge round-shaped camera module. A 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 ultrawide lens, a 16-megapixel portrait lens, and a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 telephoto lens are all possible components. On the rear of the Xiaomi 11 Ultra was a secondary display. The successor edition does not appear to have a rear-facing display.
