The March 2022 software update for the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro is now available. Google's current deployment addresses some of the known bug patches, including Wi-Fi concerns impacting Google's newer handsets, as well as other vulnerabilities. The Pixel 6-series phones will receive a firmware upgrade with the version SP2A.220305.013.A3. The most recent Pixel feature update adds 5G C-Band compatibility to both phones, as well as a bevvy of new features such as a Live Caption function for calls, a Night Sight feature for Snapchat, and new widgets that display the battery life of associated devices. Furthermore, with the recent update, the Recorder in Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be able to record Italian and Spanish languages. Google has already released the update to the Pixel.

Google revealed the new feature drop via an official blog post, which improves the Pixel 6 phones. Users of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro can now connect to Verizon's 5G C-Band network. As previously stated, it also provides improvements for Wi-Fi reception difficulties. Previously, consumers complained about their Pixel 6 devices constantly turning off Wi-Fi. It also offers improvements to the camera, fingerprint sensor, and battery life.

Google is introducing Night Sight compatibility to Snapchat on smartphones, allowing users to create quality photos and videos without the need of a flash. Additionally, there is a Live Caption function that allows users to converse without ever speaking during calls. With this feature, customers may see live captions during a conversation and quickly type back their response. Custom stickers and support for YouTube watch parties on Google Duo are also included in the March feature update.

Users of the Pixel 6 phone will be able to translate films in French, Italian, and Spanish to English, French, German, Italian, Japanese (beta), and Spanish using the Interpreter mode in the next update. Another new feature is the addition of new widgets that display the battery levels of Pixel Buds and other Bluetooth-connected devices. Additionally, earthquake notifications and a countdown to the safety check will be shown on the homescreen. On the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, quick commands for Google Assistant will be accessible in French, Italian, and Spanish.

The most recent upgrade will be made available to users in stages via an over-the-air (OTA) update. When the update is available for your Google Pixel 6 56,150 or Pixel 6 Pro, you will be notified. It is recommended that you upgrade your phone while it is charged and linked to a steady Wi-Fi connection.
