  • Apple will offer 5G connection to cellular iPad Air devices.
  • The majority of the modifications to the iPad Air will be internal.
  • The iPad Air's price is expected to remain unchanged.

A new iPad Air is in the works, but no design changes are planned.

According to MacRumors, the next-generation iPad Air will appear similar to the present iPad Air, with the possibility of additional colour combinations. The iPad Air is currently available in space grey, silver, rose gold, green, and blue.

According to rumours, much of the iPad Air upgrade will focus on putting the gadget in line with the sixth-generation iPad mini, which was introduced last autumn, thus it is likely to have an improved A15 processor, which Apple brought to the iPad mini after debuting it in the iPhone 13 models.

Apple will add 5G connection to cellular iPad Air models, allowing the upgraded tablets to function with speedier 5G networks. The processor in the iPad mini is limited to sub-6GHz 5G networks rather than the fastest mmWave 5G networks, and it's probable that the iPad Air will have the same constraint.

The iPad Air will have primarily internal modifications, although it may have the same upgraded 12-megapixel Ultra Wide front camera that will operate with Center Stage, a feature previously seen on the iPad Pro and iPad mini 6.

The iPad Air's pricing is anticipated to remain the same, thus the next model might start at $599 (approximately Rs. 46,000) for 64GB storage.
