Renders of the rumoured "Mac Studio," described as a cross between a Mac Pro and a Mac mini, have appeared online only one day before Apple's "Peek Performance" event, when at least one new Mac is likely to be introduced.

The renderings were provided by YouTuber Luke Miani and depict a design that is comparable to the Mac mini, with a very similar footprint but standing about four inches taller than the Mac mini, which stands at 1.4 inches.

According to the images, the Mac Studio will include an LED light on the front and a thermal design on the bottom for heat. The images do not contain information about the Mac Studio's connectors, while Miani writes in an accompanying post on AppleTrack that it will have a "broad array of IO" with more USB-C connections than the present M1 Mac mini, which only has two.

Other details, like as the processors that will power the computer, are not included in the freshly stolen material, but Miani claims that Apple will "unequivocally" reveal the Mac Studio.

The existence of the "Mac Studio" was revealed last week by 9to5Mac, who described it as a cross between Apple's highest-end Mac, the Mac Pro, and the Mac mini. The "Mac Studio," according to the journal, will be the smaller Mac Pro originally reported by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. According to reports, two versions of the Mac Studio are being developed: one with the M1 Pro chip and another with an even more powerful Apple silicon processor.
