1. Floating Keyboard
Did you know you may have a Keyboard that can float wherever on the screen at your leisure? You may also resize the keyboard and change its colour or theme.
You must have the Google Gboard Keyboard App installed and active as the primary input method for this to work.
Here is how to do it:
- Download and install the Google Gboard Keyboard App, then designate it as your primary input method in settings.
- Now launch any application, such as SMS or Whatsapp.
- Begin a new chat / SMS or respond to an existing one
- Insert the cursor into the Typing Box
- The Gboard Keyboard will be shown.
- The three dots may be seen in the upper right corner of the keyboard. Click on the three dots.
- Choose "Floating."
- You may now effortlessly float the Keyboard wherever on the screen to suit your needs.
- You may also resize the keyboard, change the colour / theme of the keyboard, and make a few other changes as needed.
2. Add any WhatsApp Chat Shortcut to Home Screen
You can quickly add a shortcut to the home screen for any individual or group Whatsapp discussion.
Here is how to do it:
- Launch Whatsapp.
- Long press any single or group conversation.
- Click "Add Chat Shortcut" in the top right corner of 3 Dots.
- You may now effortlessly create a chat shortcut to your home screen for quick and simple access.
- This option is also accessible in a variety of other apps.
3. Different Volume for Different Android Apps
Do you know that Android includes an in-built capability that allows you to automatically modify the level of various apps such as Ringtone, Media, Notification, System Sound, Alarm, and so on based on your preferences?
Here is how to do it:
- Press the Volume Up Key.
- Now, tap on the three dots at the top of the screen.
- You may now change the volume of your Ringtone, Media, Notifications, and System Settings.
4. Double up the Charging speed
If you have a sluggish charging Android smartphone and are tired of it, then this is the trick for you. We are all aware that by just turning off the phone, we may increase the charging pace.
However, if you want to turn off the phone while still double the charging speed, just pull down the Notification Bar and place the phone in Airplane Mode.

6. Floating Shutter Button for Camera
There is no longer any need to use the default and fixed Camera Shutter Button for taking photos or taking selfies. On your Android smartphone, you may now have a floating camera shutter button.
- Launch your Android phone's default camera.
- The Settings Icon is located in the upper left corner. Simply click on it.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Shooting Methods."
- Deactivate the "Floating Shutter Button."
- That's it. On your Default Android Phone Camera, you now have a floating Shutter Button.
Offline Google Maps or Navigation Maps can be useful and convenient during a travel or in areas where there are Internet Network Issues. To prevent any unnecessary problems, you can always download your selected Google Map or Maps and utilise them Offline whenever and wherever you need them.
- Launch the Google Maps app. In the top right corner, click on your profile.
- On the left, a menu will display. Choose "Offline Maps."
- Now, select "Select Your Own Map."
- Choose your preferred map and click "Download." Your map will be downloaded for offline use in a matter of seconds.
