Folding smartphones are becoming more popular, and several firms are developing their own foldable gadgets. While Oppo and Huawei are new entrants in this market sector, Samsung is already out in front with its Galaxy Z series products. According to new claims, the South Korean tech behemoth is working on the next-generation device, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4.
Oppo just released the Find N, which has a contemporary appearance and, to some part, overcomes the display wrinkle issue. Samsung is now rumoured to be working on a sequel to the Galaxy Z Fold 3. Expectations for this smartphone are already high. In addition, a couple of smartphone concept creators have shared their vision of how the Galaxy Z Fold4 might look.
Renderings of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4
The fact that both of these concept renders of the upcoming Samsung foldable smartphone are based on the design of the recently unveiled Galaxy S22 Ultra piques our interest. Notably, the S22 Ultra is the South Korean tech giant's latest superphone, with a premium design and top-tier specifications. As an ultra-premium flagship model, it makes sense that the Galaxy Z Fold4 will have a similar design.
Ben Geskin created one of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 concept renderings. It has the same shape as its predecessor, with a rectangular interior display and a thin exterior display. The camera module appears to have undergone a major overhaul. While the Galaxy Z Fold3 features a single camera island with three sensors and a flash, the Galaxy Z Fold4 model displays a configuration similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Another concept render of the gadget has emerged from Apple Lab's imagination, and it appears to be quite similar to Ben's depiction. The only difference is that it appears to have three rather than four back camera sensors. It also suggests that the smartphone may be launches in lavender , black and white in colour.
Despite the fact that these images show what we may expect from the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, the company has yet to share any specifics about the next smartphone. According to Samsung's prior release schedule, the smartphone might be launched in Q3 2022. Until then, we must take these rumours with a grain of salt.
