In India, Realme has released the standard Narzo 50. The smartphone will be available alongside the Narzo 50A and Narzo 50i. In comparison to the other two Narzo 50 series devices, the latest model is slightly more expensive. The Narzo 50 has a few improvements over its predecessor, the Narzo 30.
The Narzo 30, on the other hand, comes in both 4G and 5G versions, whereas the Narzo 50 only has 4G. The Realme Narzo 50 is available in India at the following prices and specifications.
Specifications of the Realme Narzo 50 in India
Running Android 11 with the company's Realme UI 2.0 running on top, the Realme Narzo has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.
The device also has Dynamic RAM expansion and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperDart fast charging. The Narzo 50 has a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP portrait camera, and a 2MP macro shooter for imaging. A 16MP selfie camera is housed in a punch-hole cutout on the front of the phone.
The handset's main selling point is its 'Kevlar Speed Texture Design,' which is said to be inspired by race cars. 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS are among the connectivity options. Finally, the phone has a fingerprint sensor on the side and measures 164.1mm X 75.5mm X 8.5mm, weighing 194 grammes.

The Realme Narzo 50 starts at Rs. 12,999 for the base 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model, and goes up to Rs. 15,499 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Speed Black and Speed Blue are the two colour options available for the smartphone. The Realme Narzo 50 will be available for purchase on Amazon, realme.com, and other retail outlets across the country on March 3 at 12 p.m.
Realme Narzo 50: Is It Better Than Its Forerunner?
As previously stated, the Realme Narzo 30 is available in the country in 4G and 5G variants. As a result, Realme could have launched the Narzo 50 with 5G support. However, it is unclear whether the brand plans to release a 5G version of the Narzo 50 in the future. Apart from 5G connectivity, the successor has a higher 120Hz refresh rate, whereas the Realme Narzo 30 had a 90Hz display when it was released.
The Helio G95 processor is used in the 4G version of the Narzo 30, while the MediaTek Helio G96 processor is used in the Narzo 50. Aside from that, the latest model has a unique design and Dynamic RAM expansion. In terms of competition, the Realme Narzo 50 will face off against devices from other brands that are priced similarly.
